💥Dev Sell

The 2 most important settings for Dev Sell are your Sell Slippage and Priority Fee - if you want your Dev Sell order to have the best chance of success, make sure you have a reasonable Sell Slippage configured (the higher the better - if the dev sells you want whatever you can get in most cases so don't let low slippage stop that), and Priority Fee is also quite competitive at the time of the dev selling, so don't forget to set this to a higher value than what you would normally use on buys and sells.

One of the features we are most proud of, Auto sell when the Dev sells. Hit that eject button as soon as the dev jeets his bag, and hopefully still make some coin or minimize the loss!

Firstly from the main /settings Page, tap '💥 Dev Sell Settings 💥', bottom left of the settings menu.

From the Dev Sell Settings page you can set Dev Sell to be turned on by default for all of your new token purchases by enabling it:

Dev Sell set to enabled, will by default turn on dev sell for any future purchases, along with the trigger amount specified.

You can adjust the Trigger percentage that will be used to initiate your sell. The options are as follows:

  • 0% and greater: Will trigger a sell if the Dev sells any amount of tokens from their initial buy

  • 25% and greater: Triggers a sell if the Dev sells 25% or more of their initial buy

  • 50% and greater: Triggers a sell if the Dev sells 50% or more of their initial buy

  • 75% and greater: Triggers a sell if the Dev sells 75% or more of their initial buy

In this example, if the Dev Sells 25% or more of their initial buy a Dev Sell will be initiated

And you can adjust the Tip fee that will be used on Dev Sells by tapping on the Tip Fee, and responding to the bot with your desired fee:

Update the Dev Sell priority fee by tapping here - we recommend a higher than usual priority fee for Dev Sell as it can be quite competitive.

Set your desired slippage to be used on Dev Sells - we recommend a higher than usual value here to have the best chance of your transaction landing. The price moves quickly when the Dev Sells.

Update the Dev Sell Slippage by tapping here.

Now you've got the basics configured, on every token you can turn Dev Sell on or off from the /sell menu:

Above the Dev Sell is disabled for this token, tap 'Dev Sell' to toggle.

If a Dev Sell triggers for one of your tokens, you'll receive a DM just like below, and the success message will follow assuming the transaction does succeed (don't forget you can also initiate your own sell transaction at the same time, it won't hurt anything - you can click the 'Manually Sell 100%' button to send a second sell transaction. Worst case you will lose your transaction fee on the second transaction).

If a token you own has Dev Sell enabled, we'll initiate a sell order if the dev sells. Some of the finer details to be aware of:

  • When a Dev Sell is initiated, we will try and sell your whole bag (100% of your tokens)

  • A Dev Sell will be initiated if the dev sells any amount of their tokens above or equal to the selected trigger percentage.

  • If for any reason the Sell order fails (slippage, not enough sol for fees, congestion, timeout, priority fees too low etc etc), it won't be retried. You can submit your own manual Sell's at the same time or after Dev Sell in this case.

  • Dev Sells are only active for the first 72 hours after token launch.

  • Dev Sell will only function on pump.fun & moonshot, along with their tokens that graduate to PumpSwap / Raydium.
